Bowie climbs from No. 11 to No. 7. Largo and Lackey fall out of the top 25 while unbeaten Kennedy and Oakdale, coming off two wins by a combined 60 points, enter the mix.
Wise holds the top spot for the fifth week in a row, garnering nine of 11 first-place votes.
