Every Monday, MSA compiles the top public school boys’ basketball teams in the state and ranks them 1-15 based on résumé and talent.
Previous No. 2 Poly downed No. 1 Perry Hall, 72-63, thrusting the Engineers to the top spot this week. There isn’t too much shake-up after that, but Bladensburg (0-3) drops out of the Top 25, while River Hill (4-0), outscoring opponents on average 24.5 points a night, debuts.
Note: “MSA25″ means a team from the MSA Top 25 state rankings, which includes private schools and public schools.
